Probe-card test systems, equipment for the MEMS probe-card line, and the data layer and retrofits installed probers need. We build the test equipment ourselves.

How far it reaches
Channels are one scale; card pins are another
Tester channels: 16,384 is the standard configuration and 65,536 the maximum. A channel is a tester-side signal and is not a pin on the card - pin count is set by the device, and that scale lives on the product pages.

Shanghai Jiao Tong University: B.S. in Information Engineering, M.S. in Microelectronics, MBA (Antai). Joined Shanghai Advantest in 2003 as a Memory SE supporting the T5335 through T5593 memory testers; Vice President of Business at Shanghai Yuanhe Semiconductor Equipment from 2006; founded Probing in 2008. Twenty-plus years in test equipment; speaker at SWTest 2025.
Engineering, applications and business together count 18 people; function leads are introduced when a project starts.
