Probe-card test systems, a MEMS probe-card line, and the data layer and retrofits installed probers need. We build the machines ourselves.

We make the cards

A fourteen-station MEMS line, incoming material through to shipment.

We bring old probers back

A prober whose mechanics are still good needs a data path, not a replacement.

How far it reaches

Channels are one scale; card pins are another

Tester channels: 16,384 is a configuration that shipped and runs; 65,536 is what the same racks reach when they are full. A channel is a tester-side signal and is not a pin on the card - pin count is set by the device, and that scale lives on the product pages.
