With the advent of the AI era, processors responsible for AI computing are often integrated using advanced packaging technologies, resulting in a dramatic increase in pin count — exceeding 8,000 pins and even reaching up to 20,000 pins. This significantly raises the quality requirements for the sockets that support such chips. In response, our company has developed a dedicated tester to perform comprehensive electrical characterization for these high-pin-count sockets.
