Define location, clamping, and changeover around probe type, substrate, and process.

Vision-assisted placement

Alignment, in-process confirmation, and exception marking are frozen with samples and acceptance criteria.

Recipe and traceability

Record work order, material, operator, recipe version, and result before downstream validation.

Current public material does not support a universal probe-placement accuracy, UPH, or production-installation count. Those values must be written into the technical agreement after probe, substrate, fixture, and acceptance method are defined.

Post-assembly verification path

Probing's current validation equipment already connects AOI, XY position, Z height, Pin Force, channel electrical test, one-to-one mapping, reports, and data storage. The assembly program is designed to hand off into that evidence chain.

Verify function, takt, records, and exception handling on agreed samples.

SAT and traceability

Freeze versions, training, spares, and service after on-site acceptance.
